About the Role

Every minute matters in stroke treatment. Magnendo is developing robotic technology to make life-saving endovascular procedures faster, safer, and more accessible. By combining advanced robotics, magnetic navigation, and intelligent software, we are tackling one of the most technically demanding challenges in healthcare while aiming to expand access to advanced stroke care for patients around the world. Join us in shaping the future of endovascular intervention.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a major externally partnered development program for our neurovascular robotics platform. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can create order from complexity, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure that plans, milestones, risks, documentation, and stakeholder commitments remain visible and on track.

You Will:

  • Create and maintain the externally partnered program plan and schedule in coordination with the Program Leader, technical leads, functional heads, and external partners

  • Maintain clear visibility into work in progress, completed activities, blockers, program risks, dependencies, and decisions required

  • Coordinate program meetings, partner meetings, technical reviews, leadership updates, and focused working sessions; prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign actions and owners, and follow-up through closure

  • Maintain milestone, deliverable, risk, issue, dependency, decision, and action-item tracking tied to agreed tasks, schedules, completion criteria, and documentation expectations

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect evidence of technical progress, milestone completion, risks, issues, and decisions for program reviews and stakeholder updates

  • Manage recurring program-status reporting and work with the Program Leader and technical leads to translate complex technical progress into clear program-level communications

  • Identify blockers, schedule risks, documentation gaps, and dependency conflicts early, and coordinate mitigation actions and escalation

  • Coordinate invoice-support and recurring financial documentation with Finance, Operations, technical leads, and external partners

  • Maintain organized program records, including meeting minutes, decision logs, milestone evidence, partner deliverables, reports, dashboards, and supporting financial documentation

  • Support the Program Leader in integrating program-specific execution, reporting, and milestone evidence into Magnendo’s broader product-development framework

You Are:

  • An experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of project-management, program-coordination, or technical program experience in the medical-device, image-guided surgery, surgical-robotics, or similarly complex regulated-product industry

  • Experienced supporting complex cross-functional programs involving multiple internal teams and external development partners

  • Knowledgeable in medical-device product development, including design controls, risk management, verification and validation, quality-system expectations, and regulated documentation practices

  • Skilled at developing and maintaining program plans, schedules, milestone and deliverable trackers, dashboards, risk and dependency registers, action-item logs, and organized documentation repositories

  • Experienced tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, budgets, invoices, and supporting documentation

  • Experienced coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, clinical collaborators, academic institutions, or other external development partners

  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and reliable in following commitments through closure

  • A practical problem solver with sound judgment, a bias toward action, and the ability to identify blockers and raise concerns constructively

  • A clear and concise communicator who can work effectively with technical, clinical, financial, operational, executive, and external stakeholders

  • Trained in PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or equivalent.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience coordinating milestone-based programs involving government sponsors, strategic partners, or recurring external reporting requirements

  • Experience supporting first-in-human readiness, preclinical studies, clinical collaborations, product-development milestones, or design-control activities

  • Experience in surgical robotics, endovascular or neurovascular devices, image-guided intervention, capital equipment, or software-intensive medical systems

  • Experience working across distributed development teams, multiple organizations, geographies, or time zones
